Pilsworth
Fishery in Bury has
4 waters to choose from. The main lake is 60 pegs but never
busy, save for matches. The carp lake which has an abundance
of small carp to 3lb. And a couple of small waters suitable
for youngsters.
Species
Carp to 18lb and Bream are the main quarry. Big pike. Lots of perch and
roach.
Prices
Day tickets are £5 on the bank. Night fishing is
another £5. You can fish 3 rods on the ticket. |

How
to get there
From Stockport, take the M60
towards Oldham, it changes to the M66, come off at
Junction 3. Turn right at the lights, turn right at the
next lights (A58) At the 3 arrows pub, turn right again.
About 600 yds on there is a farm, the entrance to
Pilsworth is opposite.
